2. How We Use Information

3. AI Processing & Third-Party Subprocessors
To generate Outputs, the content you submit is sent to third-party AI model providers (currently Anthropic) for processing. These providers process the content under their own data handling terms and do not use it to train their models except where their published policies say otherwise. We only share what is necessary to generate your Outputs.
We also rely on the following categories of subprocessors:
- Payment processing: our payment provider (merchant of record) processes payments and stores billing/card details on our behalf
- AI processing: Anthropic, to generate Outputs from your Inputs
- Infrastructure & hosting: our cloud hosting and database providers, to run and store the Service
4. Cookies & Similar Technologies
We use a limited set of cookies and similar technologies necessary to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and understand basic usage of the Service. We do not use these technologies for third-party advertising.
5. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only: with the subprocessors described above, to the extent necessary to operate the Service; if required by law, regulation, or valid legal process; or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy continuing to apply to your information.
6. Data Retention
We retain account and content data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal, tax, or accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your data as described in Section 8.
7. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect your information, including encryption of data in transit and hashed storage of passwords. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. Your information may be processed and stored in countries other than your own, including where our hosting, payment, and AI subprocessors operate. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

The Service is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or a notice on the Service before they take effect.
